The Book
What Disciples Do is a collection of thoughts, discussions, and teachings by Paul Hypki for the last thirty years or more. These are the top topics that Paul wished he had known as a raw, new follower of Jesus. The intent is not to lay down a bunch of rules, but to give practical advice of the practices we can build into our lives to follow Jesus better.
The Author
Paul Hypki has been married to his wife, Mary, for over 45 years and has two wonderful adult children and three grandchildren. While having a “successful” career in Information Technology and Information Security, Paul has been active serving in the Church. Paul has been an interim pastor, traveled overseas several times on short-term mission trips, and taught ages from pre-school to octogenarians in church settings. Now retired, Paul continues to volunteer his time to advance the Kingdom of God.
Paul plays guitar and has enjoyed leading worship music in small home groups, large gatherings, during Sunday morning worship services, and even in prisons. Paul has also acted in a drama group and portrayed Jesus in his church’s dramatic/musical Easter bash.
Paul hopes that his writings will encourage, strengthen, and challenge all who read them to put their full trust in Jesus.
